PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Waters Devolpment is a planned community, located in Pike Road, AL. Within this development, Foshee Architecture designed several Tiny Houses. The Developer and General Contractor have built many of these homes on the Main Square. As a result, the homes are convenient to all amenities of the neighborhood.
 
Each house includes a New Orleans’ style balcony that overlooks the Main Square.  The design of the homes is in keeping with the larger homes surrounding them, and are only smaller in scale.  On the interior, the houses feature hardwood floors and stainless steel appliance. Also, the Kitchens contain custom cabinetry and solid surface countertops. Finally, the bathrooms include custom tile work and designer colors.
 
On the exterior, the Tiny Houses are clad in cement board siding. In addition, different colored paints help to make each home feel unique. Furthermore, each house has a sitting porch and second floor balcony. Therefore, residents are able to enjoy the beautiful views of the neighborhood.
