Grand South Senior Living is an assisted living and memory care facility. Located in Dothan, AL, the community contains 40 Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Beds. In addition, it houses 40 Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility (SCALF) Beds.
In general, two different bedroom layouts are available for residents. Firstly is a large studio. Also, a one bedroom unit is available. Both bedroom types include a private bathroom and private shower for each occupant.
The interior features a double volume living area and a central plaza. Lots of natural light pours into the space. In addition, residents can choose from two large dining rooms. Private dining options are also available. A commercial kitchen and a coffee shop provide food and drinks. Finally, two spas, a salon, and medicine rooms are available.
Moreover, there are two beautiful courtyards. In addition, a pergola and multiple porches provide additional seating on the exterior. Not to mention, the facility contains tall ceilings and designer finishes throughout. An entire building generator is also provided in case of a power outage.
Lastly, the exterior wall finish is cement board siding and brick veneer. Architectural shingles cover the roof. These materials provide both durability and architecture aesthetics. A covered drop off area provides protection from the elements. The building is set on a corner lot with beautiful landscaping. Residents can enjoy the view and feel a part of the the town. Finally, the facility is located near the area hospital. Any medical needs can be quickly attended to.
